Hello and welcome! We are TJ and Meghan, a sibling duo who share a lifelong passion for fitness and helping others reach their fitness goals! With a combined background of military service and a lifelong dedication to athletics, we bring a unique blend of discipline, experience, and expertise to our coaching services.
Our journey began in the armed forces, where we honed our physical and mental strength, learning the value of determination, resilience, and unwavering commitment. This military foundation forms the bedrock of our coaching philosophy, instilling in us a no-nonsense approach to training and a deep appreciation for the power of discipline.
But our story doesn’t stop there. We are lifelong athletes who have traversed the terrains of various sports and endurance challenges, competing collegiately, nationally and internationally. Our personal experiences have taught us that fitness is not just a hobby; it’s a way of life. It’s about pushing boundaries, setting and exceeding goals, and continuously striving for improvement.
